Sky is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute. Sky is trained in asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, anatomy & physiology, and yogic philosophy and lifestyle. She has been teaching for five years and practicing for more than seven. Sky teaches all levels and has specialized experience teaching private yoga for division 1 collegiate athletes.
