My mission is to create videos that inspire curiosity and spiritual expansion. Sharing conscious media that’s aligned with my heart and soul is what I am all about. I’ve spent years turning this into a thriving full time career that allows me to get paid to do what I love. I’ve been living my purpose as a full-time content creator, and I can’t believe this dream has become a reality. I still have to pinch myself sometimes!
BUT IT WASN’T ALWAYS THIS WAYS...
I got my start in the news industry where I learned so much about filming, editing, storytelling, and speaking on-camera, but I certainly was not creating from my soul. This led me down a path of anxiety, depression, and feeling lost.
Then, I worked at BuzzFeed and learned how to make viral videos – I’m talking hundreds of millions of views, kind of viral! This was basically bootcamp for making attention-grabbing content for the internet, but I still wasn’t creating from my soul...
I made so many viral videos, but something was missing...
I craved creating content from my soul…
After BuzzFeed, I started working for a fitness brand as a video producer and I also took a side gig working for a popular YouTuber with an audience of 20 million! Again, I learned so much. But something was still missing.
Finally, in 2018, I started my YouTube channel Sky Life as a way to share content I was passionate about. I was on a mission to share more wellness and spirituality with the world, and this was my way to do it. Fast forward, I figured out how to generate millions of views sharing my passion, to turn this into my full time career and live my dream life as a content creator.
It’s been a wild journey, and through trial and error I’ve learned what to do and what not to do. I started getting a lot of questions about how I did it, and I really craved connecting with other aligned creators on the same frequency.
So I thought…

WEEK 1 – World Building & Vision
During Week 1, I’ll guide you through a process to clarify your Soul Why and you’ll begin building your creative world. You’ll also develop your Soul Creator Mission Statement to guide you through your journey.
WEEK 2 – Brand Essence & Community Identity
During Week 2, you’ll clarify your brand essence and community identity and your unique content-market fit. You’ll build your Brand Bible, so you have a crystal clear direction for who you are as a creator and the community you’re speaking to.
WEEK 3 – Unleash Your Voice & Expression
Week 3 is all about overcoming limiting beliefs and any blockages around expressing your voice and sharing yourself online. I will guide you through both vocal and body activations to remove the chains of limitation so you can get out there and speak your truth with confidence and excitement.
WEEK 4 – Platform Strategy & Content Pillars
During Week 4, we dive into how content on the internet actually works, the algorithms, pros and cons of each major social media platform, and how to choose your primary platform to master. You’ll also clarify your core Content Pillars to guide your creative process.
WEEK 5 – Magnetic Storytelling & Production Process
In Week 5, I share my formula for magnetic storytelling and my personal Sky Life Production Process, including a robust Notion template for bringing a video to life from ideation to distribution. We’ll also review Magnetic Hooks, YouTube packaging, and Video Editing.

The 6 week core curriculum program is a guided pre-recorded experience that includes video modules, guided meditations, journaling, and creative assignments to get you taking action and creating. The workshops and coaching calls are live so you’re still able to get live support.

They are usually Tuesdays at 1pm EST. We tried to choose a time that works for most time zones. But all live calls and workshops are always recorded and available in the community. You’ll also get access to our library of recordings.
